Matchly is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in St. Louis, MO. We are a passionate ABA company dedicated to transforming lives through evidence-based practices.

Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification required.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
- Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
- Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
