Job summary

FLUENT TELECOMS LIMITED is seeking a skilled telecoms technician to install, configure and support 3CX phone systems and related VoIP technologies. The role covers hosting environments, customer onboarding, and ongoing service delivery across on-site and remote support scenarios.

You will install broadband and fibre connectivity, liaise with carriers, perform site surveys, and ensure fault resolution while maintaining clear documentation and adherence to SLAs. Strong networking basics required.

Qualifications

• Experience with 3CX Phone Systems and VoIP/SIP technologies.
• Experience with hosted telephony and unified communications.
• Ability to install and troubleshoot broadband, fibre, and connectivity.
• Experience liaising with network carriers and telecom providers.
• On-site installations and customer site surveys experience.

• Perform password resets and user onboarding tasks.
• Set up laptops, desktops, monitors, and peripherals.
• Escalate complex IT issues to senior engineers.
• Provide remote assistance using support tools.

Service Delivery

• Manage support tickets in line with agreed SLAs.
• Provide professional customer service both remotely and on-site.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and customer interactions.
