Job summary

REDLEO SOFTWARE INC. seeks a Telecom Manager to own end-to-end telecom service delivery across a large distributed environment (US, Canada, Puerto Rico). You will scale carrier relationships, ensure on-time circuit provisioning, and align with enterprise network standards to optimize spend.

Responsibilities include TEM usage, data-driven problem solving, and bridging telecom with routing and VLAN strategies to support multi-site operations.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in telecommunications, network operations, or carrier management.
• Experience in large, multi-site distributed environments.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent).
• ITIL or telecom certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery, performance, and lifecycle management of telecom services across US, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
• Scale carrier and aggregator relationships; drive on-time circuit provisioning.
• Align telecom with enterprise network standards and VLAN/routing strategies.
• Aggressively optimize telecom spend and vendor SLAs.
• Translate incident patterns and outage data into vendor correction plans.
• Bridge telecom delivery with enterprise routing and switching teams.

The Telecom Manager owns the end-to-end delivery, performance, and lifecycle management of telecommunications services across a large, distributed enterprise environment (US, Canada, Puerto Rico). This role focuses on scaling carrier/aggregator relationships, driving on‑time circuit provisioning, aligning with corporate network standards, and aggressively optimizing telecom spend.

• Circuit Provisioning & Architecture: Deep understanding of carrier delivery processes for active/passive configurations across diverse media (Fiber, Copper, Satellite).
• Vendor Negotiation & SLA Management: Proven track record handling major carriers (e.g., Comcast, Lumen) and aggregators (e.g., Granite, Meriplex).
• Telecom Expense Management (TEM): Experience using TEM platforms for inventory auditing, data alignment, and cost optimization.
• Enterprise Infrastructure Alignment: Ability to bridge telecom carrier delivery with enterprise routing, switching, and VLAN strategies.
• Data-Driven Problem Solving: Translating incident patterns and outage data into vendor correction plans.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 7-10+ years in telecommunications, network operations, or carrier management supporting large, multi-site distributed environments.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field (or equivalent working experience).
