White Mountain Cable Construction, LLC is seeking a Telecom Aerial Foreman to oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecom systems on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. You will guide and support less experienced team members and serve as the on-site expert.

The role emphasizes safety-first practices, field leadership, and the ability to travel on short notice for storm response, with a strong focus on meeting customer requirements and documenting daily

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related field experience in telecom or aerial installation.
• Certified pole climber or willing to become certified.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful installation of fiber/telecom cables and structures per codes and customer requirements.
• Maintain safe work areas and manage traffic flow on job sites.
• Safely work at heights using climbing hooks and ladders.
• Operate hand and power tools for installation and maintenance.
• Provide guidance and support to crew members as needed.
• Be available to travel for storm response on short notice.
• Complete daily work orders and crew checks documenting productivity and safety compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.

What you’ll do

• Ensure successful installation of fiber/telecom cables, materials, or support structures according to relevant codes, regulations, and customer requirements.
• Ensure work areas are safe and that traffic flows smoothly while on the job
• Safely work at heights using climbing hooks and ladders
• Safely use hand tools and power tools like wrenches, drills, and saws
• Provide guidance and support to others as needed
• Be ready to travel for storm response on short notice
• Complete daily work orders and crew checks to document productivity and safety compliance
• Other duties as assigned

What you’ll need

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience
• Valid state driver's license (cannot be Provisional), including an acceptable driving record
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical exam, resulting in a valid medical card
• At least 3 years of related work experience
• To be a certified pole climber or be willing to become certified
• CDL Class “A” driver license is preferred

Physical abilities & exposures

• Routinely: work with arms above shoulder level, at heights in confined spaces and alone in remote locations, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, use ladder, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs and lift objects greater than 55 pounds
• Occasionally: use keyboard and mouse
