Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business administration, supply chain, operations, or related field.
• 5+ years in vendor performance, vendor management, subcontractor management, or operations within telecom or infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of telecom construction environments (OSP, wireless, fiber, civil, engineering).
• Experience developing and monitoring vendor KPIs, SLAs, and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end vendor lifecycle including onboarding, compliance, performance management, and offboarding.
• Build and maintain relationships with telecom subcontractors and vendors to drive operational excellence.
• Develop, monitor, and report on vendor KPIs, SLAs, quality, safety, and responsiveness.
