Job summary

Utilities One is seeking a Telecom Bid & Pricing Manager to own the end-to-end bid and pricing process for telecom infrastructure and network deployment opportunities. You will develop pricing strategies, coordinate cross-functional inputs, and deliver compliant RFP responses on time.

Reporting to the Business Development team, you will work closely with engineering, operations, procurement, finance, and legal to ensure accurate cost estimates and compelling commercial proposals for customers

Qualifications

• 5+ years of bid management, proposal management, pricing, or commercial operations experience in telco or infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure, network deployment, and construction environments (OSP, wireless, fiber, civil, engineering, or related scopes).
• Experience preparing RFP/RFQ responses and supporting telecom carriers, network operators, or enterprise clients.
• Ability to manage multiple bids and coordinate cross-functional teams under deadlines.
• Strong analytical, pricing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full RFP/bid lifecycle from qualification to submission.
• Develop cost estimates, pricing models, and commercial proposals.
• Analyze requirements and customer specs to define scope and risks.
• Coordinate with engineering, sales, operations, procurement, finance, and legal.
• Ensure proposals comply with requirements and governance; track bids through delivery.
