• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in GIS, telecom, or construction management is a plus.
• Strong computer skills in spreadsheets and word processing.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers, project managers and engineers.
• Coordinate projects and manage schedules and documentation.
• Prepare proposals and assist with permit packages.
• Support QA/QC standards and project reporting.
• Maintain filing systems and handle correspondence.
• Assist with client meetings and coordination sessions.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to staff.
