You will evaluate training effectiveness through KPIs and stay current with telecom trends, ensuring content reflects data privacy and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have a formal education credential (high school or bachelor’s).
• Ability to design and structure training programs for telecom-related topics.
• Proven experience delivering in-person and virtual training.
• Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills.
• Proficiency with LMS platforms and e-learning tools.
• Data-driven approach to measuring training impact.
• Experience onboarding frontline teams, retail and field staff.
• Experience in telecommunications training and telecom sales training.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Certification in Training & Development preferred.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, blended learning, and microlearning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training sessions for frontline employees, technicians, sales teams, and customer service representatives.
• Create training materials, manuals, e-learning modules, and job aids aligned with company standards and telecom technologies.
• Conduct classroom and virtual training using interactive methods.
• Collaborate with department leaders to identify performance gaps and training needs.
• Design onboarding programs for new hires in sales, support, and field service roles.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and KPIs; revise programs based on data.
• Ensure content reflects telecommunications regulations, data privacy, and safety requirements.
• Provide ongoing education on product launches and service packages.
• Partner with SMEs and product managers to maintain technical accuracy in materials.
• Stay current with telecom trends and learning technologies.
• Report training outcomes and ROI to leadership; recommend improvements.
