Qualifications

• 2-3 years of telecommunications tower experience in construction, service, or maintenance.
• Ability to climb towers and work at heights in various weather conditions.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for RF, fiber, and electrical systems.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer and mobile app skills for ticketing and testing.
• Able to work independently with good time management and organization.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work on telecommunication towers, antennas, radios, coax, and related equipment.
• Respond to service tickets according to customer specifications and deadlines.
• Identify site access, permits, or equipment needs (lifts, cranes, safety gear).
• Ensure tools, test gear, and materials are available before mobilizing to site.
• Document work with photos, test results, and service logs; follow safety audits.
