Qualifications

• Ability to climb up a 300 feet tower routinely, with gear, and safely complete tasks.
• Travel up to 50% of time with overnight stays Monday–Friday, sometimes longer.
• Follow instructions, protocols and safety procedures.
• Familiarity with truck/trailer/equipment maintenance.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to interpret construction drawings.
• Commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building each tower job as defined by scope and drawings.
• Travel locally, statewide, and out of state; overnight travel often required.
• Begin preparations for next job and ensure readiness of tools and materials.
• Review scope and drawings with Crew Leader; verify availability of materials.
• Maintain and inspect tools and equipment; ensure safe turnover documentation.
• Support safety measures and participate in daily safety briefings.
