M.C. Dean, Inc. is hiring a Telecommunication Technician to join our Security and Electronic Systems unit in the United States.

The role focuses on designing, installing, operating, and maintaining electronic security services for federal, local, and commercial customers, including intrusion detection, access control, video surveillance, and DAS/fiber systems. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in telecom installations, a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, and a BICSI certification.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Requires active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• BICSI Installer 1 copper certification required.
• Experience with OSP/ISP copper, CCTV, DAS, fiber, and structured cabling.
• Ability to read plans and specs and travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Install communications cabling and equipment per plans and codes.
• Perform hands-on installation with basic telecom equipment.
• Understand OSP/ISP copper, CCTV, DAS, fiber and cabling.
• Support healthcare, government, and mission-critical projects.
• Travel up to 50% to job sites.
