Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or Solution Delivery.
• 3+ years in Telecommunications industry.
• Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise technology initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or other product delivery frameworks.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in complex environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled products or business solutions.
• Familiarity with Generative AI platforms and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and strategic priorities aligned with business objectives.
• Translate customer, market, and operational needs into scalable product and solution requirements.
• Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and value propositions for new products and capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies to improve customer experiences and operational efficiency.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through deployment and optimization.
• Create and manage roadmaps, feature prioritization, release planning and backlog management.
• Drive requirements gathering, user story development, acceptance criteria definition, and sprint planning.
• Partner with engineering, data, and operations teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to modernize telecom platforms and customer experiences.
• Work with data science and engineering teams to define AI use cases and success metrics.
• Ensure responsible AI, governance, and business value realization.
