Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in technology sourcing, telecom/network engineering, or similar role.
• Experience managing Business Requirements, Project Plans, and associated project materials.
• Experience working with telecom carriers or network infrastructure vendors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source technology spending through RFP, RFI, and RFQs for telecom network infrastructure.
• Draft, negotiate, and execute contractual documents for circuit procurement.
• Support supplier management through scorecard development and performance management.
• Drive sourcing strategies for high-volume circuit deployments.
• Liaise with technical teams to interpret technical specifications into commercial outcomes.
• Present business cases and agreements for executive approval.
• Manage supplier escalations related to performance and delivery.
