Job summary

Centerline designs, builds, and maintains critical telecom infrastructure across North America. The role requires a civil/structural engineer with CAD proficiency and knowledge of industry codes. Travel is expected to support projects and client engagements.

You will evaluate requests, analyze tower foundations, and develop safe, compliant solutions while coordinating with CAD teams. The company emphasizes safety, teamwork, and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering required.
• Master’s degree in civil or structural engineering preferred.
• Working knowledge of TIA/EIA-222 and ASCE 7, ACI, AISC, NDS codes required.
• Travel for job functions required.
• Minimum 2 years’ AutoCAD experience preferred.
• Active membership in a professional organization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate requests to ensure information suffices for completion.
• Examine tower structures and foundations across configurations.
• Analyze designs for rooftops, platforms, water tanks and mounts.
• Perform analyses on projects using manual methods and software.
• Collaborate with administrative and CAD teams for documentation.
• Contribute to design modifications of telecom infrastructure.
• Adhere to OSHA safety regulations.
• Provide guidance and training to junior engineers.
• Address inquiries from stakeholders and prepare calculation reports.
• Stay updated on telecom engineering trends and best practices.
• Conduct quality control reviews of engineering services.
• Support additional delegated tasks.
