Job summary

Ledcor Technical Services is seeking a Site Acquisition Manager to oversee site acquisition and permitting for telecommunications projects across North America. You will partner with engineering teams to resolve zoning challenges, lead a team of site acquisition professionals, and manage project milestones to keep work on schedule.

This role requires 25–50% travel, strong leadership, and expertise in land use approvals, real estate documents, and contracts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading and scaling teams
• 10+ years of telecommunications permitting experience, including right of way and leasing
• Ability to understand zoning codes and real estate documents
• Ability to read legal documents such as surveys, ground leases, easements, deeds, title policies
• Excellent organizational and planning skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong MS Office and GIS proficiency

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement of land use approvals for a portfolio of telecom sites
• Coordinate internal/external activities to forecast permit submittals and approvals
• Lead site acquisition professionals and develop team across disciplines
• Negotiate ground lease terms and utility easements with landowners
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and manage project forecasts
