Job summary

Ledcor Group seeks a Site Acquisition Manager to lead the full cycle of telecom site acquisition, permitting, and leasing across multiple projects in North America. You will guide a team of specialists, coordinate with engineering, and manage milestones to keep work on schedule.

You will analyze zoning, real estate documents, and contracts, while driving expedience in submittal-to-approval timelines and ensuring compliance with client requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree from a recognized program, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of experience leading and scaling teams.
• 10+ years of telecommunications permitting experience, including right of way and leasing.
• Ability to understand zoning codes and real estate documents.
• Proven ability to read legal documents such as surveys, leases, deeds, and CAD drawings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee land use approvals for a portfolio of telecom sites across multiple scopes.
• Coordinate internal/external activities to forecast permit submittals and approvals.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in telecom permitting in local markets.
• Lead full cycle of site acquisition and manage specialists across disciplines.
• Oversee document control and ensure client deliverables and forecasts are accurate.
• Negotiate ground leases and utility easements with landowners.
• Travel 25-50% as required to support projects.
• Maintain safe work practices and accountability for quality plans.
