• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Contract entry: accurately enter and update contracts and purchase orders in the system.
• Inventory reports: pull and provide regular reports related to inventory management.
• Attention to detail: thoroughly review contracts, purchase orders, product specifications, pricing, and terms.
• Written and verbal communication: liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to discuss product requirements, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Time management: prioritize tasks and meet deadlines for contract entry and order processing.
