Job summary

Olsson is seeking a Telecom Revit Designer to support low‑voltage, telecom, security, and A/V systems within data centers. You will work with experienced designers and engineers to deliver high‑quality, field‑ready drawings across complex facilities.

In this role you’ll use CAD/BIM tools for cable routing and equipment layouts, contribute to multi‑discipline coordination, and engage in client discussions. You may pursue RCDD certification as you grow with our data center team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Drafting/Design preferred.
• 3+ years of CAD/BIM experience; Revit proficiency a plus.
• Experience with Cellular DAS, PSDAS, ROIP, or ERRCS desirable.

Responsibilities

• Use CAD/BIM tools to support cable routing, equipment layouts, and communications system design.
• Assist with telecom, security, and A/V system layouts including MDF/IDF/Demarc rooms and horizontal cabling.
• Contribute to project design tasks under guidance of senior team members.
• Support coordination across disciplines to maintain design accuracy and consistency.
• Participate in client discussions reinforcing Olsson’s quality and partnership.
• Complete site visits to support field verification and project progress.
