Job summary

Olsson is hiring a Telecom Revit Designer for its Data Center team to design low-voltage, telecom, security, and A/V systems in complex data center environments. You will work with experienced designers and engineers to deliver high-quality technical solutions for mission-critical facilities.

You will use CAD/BIM tools to support layouts, participate in coordination across disciplines, and travel to sites for field verification as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Drafting/Design preferred.
• 3+ years CAD/BIM experience; Revit/AutoCAD proficiency.
• Familiarity with cellular DAS, PSDAS, ROIP, or ERRCS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use CAD/BIM tools to support cable routing, equipment layouts, and communications system design.
• Assist with telecom, security, and A/V system layouts, including MDF/IDF/Demarc rooms and horizontal cabling design.
• Contribute to project design tasks under the guidance of senior team members.
• Support coordination efforts across disciplines to maintain accuracy and design consistency.
• Participate in client discussions, reinforcing Olsson’s commitment to quality and partnership.
• Complete occasional site visits to support field verification and project progress.
