Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking a Restoration Foreman on our Telecom Construction team. You will lead crews, ensure projects stay on schedule, and manage equipment and materials to keep the job site safe and productive.

This role emphasizes hands-on supervision, training of crew members, adherence to OSHA and DOT regulations, and maintaining production notes. A strong focus on safety and efficiency is expected in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• A valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, or combination of education and work experience preferred.
• At least three years of related experience.
• Previous Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment.
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed.
• Oversee and help with training of crew members.
• Help ensure everyone follows company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Maintain production notes & DOT paperwork.
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery, complete maintenance.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• All other duties as assigned.
