Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC, is seeking a Restoration Foreman on our Telecom Construction team. You will lead crews to meet project timelines, safely operate and control assigned equipment, and assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities.

You’ll oversee training, ensure compliance with company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations, and maintain production notes and DOT paperwork. This role offers weekly pay, PTO, holidays, health benefits, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or combination of education and work experience preferred.
• At least three years of related experience.
• Previous Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment.
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed.
• Oversee and help with training of crew members.
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Maintain production notes & DOT paperwork.
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery, complete maintenance.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• All other duties as assigned.

What you’ll do

What you’ll need

• To be 18 years of age or older

• Authorization to work in the United States for this company

Physical abilities & exposures

• Routinely : work alone in remote locations with arms above shoulder level, work at heights & in confined spaces, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, lift greater than 55 pounds

• Occasionally : use ladder, keyboard and mouse

The wage range for Restoration Foreman Telecom Construction is $30.00 - $40.00.
