Job summary

QTS Data Centers is seeking a Development Project Manager (Q-Systems: Telecom Quality) to lead design, pre-construction and construction activities across multiple campuses. You will coordinate with installation contractors, design consultants, design engineers, commissioning agents and Operations staff to ensure projects meet technical and quality standards.

Responsibilities include managing budgets and schedules, reviewing designs for compliance, overseeing commissioning, and driving process

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Technology, Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
4–8 years of professional experience in technology systems - security, and/or network infrastructure design and/or implementation.
Travel up to 50% of the time; average travel every other week for 2–3 days.
US Citizenship for this position is required by law due to federal contracts.

Responsibilities

Lead design, pre-construction and construction activities across multiple campuses.
Review project designs for compliance with QA/QC standards and Basis of Design documents.
Oversee installation and commissioning to ensure system performance and compliance.
Manage multi-phased site development plans and keep campus master plans current.
Evaluate pricing proposals and manage project budgets and schedules.
