Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support a telecommunications engineering and operations team delivering critical infrastructure projects across multiple locations. The role acts as a liaison among engineering, construction, operations, vendors, and finance to ensure projects stay on time and within scope.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in project coordination, strong communication, and familiarity with project schedules and documentation.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, or Project Support role.
• Experience supporting telecommunications, network infrastructure, construction, utilities, or engineering projects.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate telecommunications infrastructure projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules across multiple locations.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies for timely execution.
• Coordinate site readiness, permits, safety, and contractor readiness.
• Manage project documentation, approvals, and submissions.
