Job summary

ITG Communications, LLC is seeking a Construction Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and monitor telecom construction projects from initiation to completion. The role ensures alignment with company standards, client requirements, and budget expectations.

The coordinator acts as the central link between field operations, subcontractors, internal departments, and external stakeholders to drive project execution and timely delivery across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years of experience in cable/telecom construction (fiber and coax preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or supervisory roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Support planning of workflows, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and address delays or issues proactively.
• Develop and support cost estimates for construction projects.
• Monitor job costs and track work-in-progress against budget.
• Review change orders for accuracy and financial impact.
• Coordinate subcontractors and construction crews; oversee performance.
• Communicate project status, risks, and updates to leadership.
