Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Project Manager II to oversee medium-scale wireless telecom projects. You will plan, coordinate, and execute projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while coordinating with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree with 2–4+ years of PM experience, knowledge of zoning and permitting processes, and PMP certification. Travel to client sites may be required; on-site work in California is common.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• PMP Certification required or equivalent.
• Experience in telecommunications infrastructure deployment preferred.
• Knowledge of zoning, permitting, entitlement, and jurisdictional processes.
• California ROW utility regulations familiarity.
• 2–4+ years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of projects aligned with company objectives.
• Manage resources and collaborate with teams to meet milestones and deadlines.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to clearly define scope and expectations.
• Research zoning, permitting, and entitlement requirements for wireless facilities.
• Prepare and communicate zoning and permitting analyses and recommendations.
• Submit and track zoning, permitting, and entitlement applications.
• Review drawings and plans to support permitting efforts.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and municipalities to obtain permits.
• Maintain project schedules and communicate status and risks.
• Lead project review meetings and identify mitigation actions.
