Job summary

T-Mobile US Inc. in Independence, OH is seeking a Project Manager to lead leasing, zoning, permitting, regulatory compliance and construction activities for new and modified telecom sites.

You will manage small projects, track timelines, report deviations, coordinate with partners, and ensure documentation meets standards while mitigating risks. Strong MS Project, MS Office, and PM experience are required; PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (Required).
• 2-4 years Project Management experience with small projects in complex environments (Required).
• Experience developing and delivering presentations (Preferred).
• Proficiency in MagentaBuilt project management platform (Required).
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook skills; ability to build presentations and manage documents (Required).
• Experience with purchasing, budgeting and procurement systems (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages project resources to ensure timely delivery within constraints.
• Creates and updates project timelines and reports deviations.
• Communicates project status and coordinates with partners to meet standards.
• Identifies risks and participates in mitigation planning; escalates issues as needed.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by management.
