Job summary

NextEdge is seeking a Project Manager II to oversee medium-scale wireless telecommunications projects. You will plan, coordinate, and execute initiatives, manage budgets, schedules, and quality, and communicate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.

This role involves zoning, permitting, entitlement work and ensuring regulatory alignment for project success. The position requires 2–4+ years PM experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong leadership, risk management, and financial oversight

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2–4+ years of project management experience.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• Experience in wireless telecommunications projects preferred.
• Knowledge of zoning, permitting and entitlement processes for telecom infra preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects aligned with company objectives.
• Manage resources and collaborate with teams to meet milestones and deadlines.
• Coordinate stakeholders to define scope and expectations.
• Review regulations and permit requirements for wireless facilities.
• Prepare and submit zoning, permitting, and entitlement applications.
• Track project status, risks, and communications with clients and authorities.
• Oversee financials including revenue, costs, budgets, and forecasts.
• Create project documentation and perform post-project reviews.
