Job summary

NextGen | GTA: A Kelly Telecom Company seeks a Telecom Real Estate Specialist to support wireless macro-site modifications and site acquisition. You will coordinate with landlords, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects on track and handed off to Construction.

Candidates should have 5+ years in telecom/real estate, vendor management, and lease due diligence, plus a degree or equivalent experience. This role requires travel and strong negotiation skills to navigate zoning and regulatory

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant telecommunications, wireless, real estate, site acquisition, or project management experience.
• Experience with wireless macro sites and macro modifications.
• Strong vendor and project management experience.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Bachelor's degree or at least five years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive site acquisition vendors to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Oversee telecom macro-site modification projects from acquisition through handoff to Construction.
• Perform lease due diligence and review real estate-related issues.
• Communicate with landlords and landlord representatives.
• Coordinate zoning reviews and attend zoning/hearing meetings as needed.
• Identify site-critical issues and propose solutions.
• Manage Purchase Orders (POs) and review vendor invoices for accuracy.
• Collaborate with RF, Construction/Implementation, Network Operations, Fiber, Legal, and Real Estate teams.
• Navigate FUZE tasks and maintain accurate project tracking.
• Handle multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
