Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Telecommunications Specialist III (Data) to advance capital projects within the Systems BU. This role involves leading site surveys, coordinating field support during construction, and preparing budgets and reports for multiple project phases.

Requires a BS in Electrical Engineering or related degree and at least five years of supervisory project management experience.

Qualifications

BS in Electrical Engineering, Data Telecommunications, or related degree.
Minimum of five years of full-time supervisory experience on project management work (planning, administering, coordinating, or expediting).
Excellent communication and reporting skills; ability to organize project information and prepare reports.
Knowledge of capital project construction procedures preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Schedule and lead site surveys of communication rooms, subway stations, and transit infrastructure.
Provide field support to the Construction Manager during construction.
Assist in preparing Engineering Force Accounts and budgets for all project phases.
Support the Request For Proposal and Bid packaging process for Systems and Security contracts.
Attend design and construction review meetings on behalf of project teams.
Prepare daily reports and conduct inspections with Contractors and internal trade groups.
