Ledcor Technical Services is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to manage telecom operations, track costs, and analyze performance. You will coordinate with project managers, engineers, and field teams while interfacing with clients and stakeholders in a remote role with travel.

The position emphasizes weekly updates, cost reporting, and the use of Excel/Power BI to monitor status and drive improvements. A strong background in project controls and communication is essential for success.

Formación

• 5+ years in construction project coordination or controls, telecom preferred.
• Familiar with U.S. telecom providers and operating protocols.
• Strong MS Excel and reporting skills; Power BI and SAP a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and track all telecom project phases, including scheduling and closure.
• Maintain project logs, CRM and Excel trackers with real-time status.
• Lead weekly update calls with internal teams and clients.
• Generate daily WIP reports and training summaries.
• Support project cost tracking for labor, materials, and subcontractors.
• Assist in cost reports, forecasts and earned value metrics (CPI, SPI, EAC).
• Use Excel and Power BI to produce performance reports.
• Support change management and ensure accurate billing/docs.
• Collaborate with field managers for readiness and on-time completion.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and drive process improvements.
