Qualifications

• 5+ years of telecom project coordination experience.
• Familiar with US telecom providers and protocols.
• Excel expertise; Pivot Tables/Lookups.
• Knowledge of CPI, SPI, EAC.
• Experience with WBS and CBS.
• Strong communication and time management.
• Willing to travel up to 20%.
• AI tools literacy to boost productivity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track all telecom project phases.
• Update logs, CRM, and Excel trackers in real time.
• Lead weekly update calls with teams and clients.
• Produce daily WIP reports and training summaries.
• Assist with cost tracking: labor, materials, subcontracts, equipment.
• Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and EAC metrics.
• Use Excel and Power BI to generate performance reports.
• Support change management and billing documentation.
• Collaborate with field managers for readiness and on-time completion.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and drive continuous improvement.
• Travel as needed to project sites.
