The role requires knowledge of the telecommunications industry, ability to manage plans, schedules, and budgets, and competence with Google Suite and data interpretation.

The position emphasizes working with employees, contractors, vendors, and customers, with strict pre-employment checks and work eligibility in the United States.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years of related work experience.
• Proficient in office hardware and software (PCs, tablets, printers, copiers, Microsoft, Google, etc.).
• Excellent customer service skills and strong English language skills both oral and written.
• Read, interpret, and input data to support assigned department/project.
• Schedule and determine priority of tasks for assigned department/project.
• Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and/or customers to assist assigned department/project.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check.

Responsibilities
