Ledcor Technical Services is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to manage telecom operations and project performance across North America. The role blends field operations coordination with cost tracking, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will work with project managers, engineers, and field teams while interfacing with clients and stakeholders, using Excel and Power BI to generate performance reports.

Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of experience coordinating telecom construction or project controls (telecom preferred).
• Familiarity with U.S. telecom providers and their protocols.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookups, IF statements) and data tracking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track all telecom project phases: scheduling, materials, access, closure.
• Maintain project logs, CRM, and Excel trackers reflecting real-time status.
• Lead weekly update calls with internal teams and clients.
