Job summary

CITADEL Pacific Ltd. in Guam seeks a Project Management Apprentice to support planning, coordination, documentation, and tracking of telecommunications and technology projects under the guidance of the Project Manager and mentors.

The role focuses on on-the-job learning across project coordination, scheduling, stakeholder communication, and documentation. This apprenticeship provides structured learning in IT&E project processes, operational requirements, and quality standards, with progression

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• US citizen or resident alien status required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be a Guam resident for at least three consecutive years before entry.
• Completion of an entry-level project management course or CAPM prep may be required.

Responsibilities

• Uphold IT&E mission, policies, procedures and safety programs.
• Assist Project Manager with planning, coordinating, and tracking projects.
• Support development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, milestones, and trackers.
• Coordinate activities with technical teams, operations, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action item follow-ups.
