Job summary

The Citadel Pacific Ltd is seeking a Project Management Apprentice to support planning, coordination, documentation, and tracking of telecommunications and technology projects while building practical skills.

Under the guidance of the Project Manager and mentors, the Apprentice will assist with projects involving network infrastructure, systems implementation, service deployment, operational improvements, and other business initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must provide a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be a US citizen or resident alien.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Must be a resident of Guam for a period not less than three consecutive years before entry into the program.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, coordinating, and tracking projects and workstreams.
• Support development of project plans, schedules, milestones, and trackers.
• Coordinate activities with technical teams, operations, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, document actions, and follow up on deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation including status reports, risk logs, and updates.
• Monitor tasks, deadlines, dependencies, and escalate delays to the Project Manager.
• Support regular status updates for leadership and stakeholders.
• Assist with procurement requests, vendor communications, and related documentation.
• Participate in risk identification, issue resolution, and change tracking under supervision.
• Assist with acceptance testing, readiness activities, and closeout documentation.
• Learn and apply project management concepts, tools, and company processes.
