Job summary

Future Technologies Venture, LLC seeks a Program Manager to lead multi‑phase programs focused on private wireless networks, 5G, edge computing, and emerging technologies. You will integrate people, processes, and technology from concept through deployment and sustainment, guiding cross‑functional teams and subcontractors to deliver secure, scalable systems.

The role requires DoD clearance, 10+ years PM experience, and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship with Active DoD Secret Clearance (Top Secret preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of program/project management experience in systems integration or telecommunications
• Demonstrated experience delivering government or DoD programs
• Strong knowledge of wireless communications, network architectures, and systems integration
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary technical teams, subcontractors, and vendor ecosystems
• Proficiency with scheduling and financial tracking tools (MS Project, ERP, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of multiple concurrent programs involving 5G/private networks, edge computing, AI-enabled systems, and network modernization
• Manage cost, schedule, scope, and technical performance across programs
• Establish and maintain program governance, reporting, and risk management frameworks
• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules, financial plans, and resource strategies
• Mentor personnel and foster a high-performance, accountable team culture
