Job summary

Two Six Technologies seeks a Director of Program Management – Telecommunications Lead to guide high-visibility DoD/IC programs in 5G/6G and next-gen wireless. You will manage $10M+ initiatives, lead a capable team, and shape strategy and capture efforts.

This role requires TS/SCI clearance, 12+ years in program management or systems engineering, and proven P&L discipline. Expect a competitive package with comprehensive benefits and opportunities to influence mission-critical systems.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance required.
• 12+ years in program management, technical management, or systems engineering in defense/IC.
• Proven track record in full-lifecycle capture and proposal efforts to drive revenue growth (~20% YoY).
• Technical understanding of 5G/6G/FutureG, private 5G, Open RAN, resilient wireless infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Direct planning and execution of high-visibility programs ($10M+).
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
• Manage profit/loss, financial risk, and budgets with EAC/ETC tracking.
• Act as primary operational contact for COTRs and government stakeholders.
• Drive pipeline development and roadmapping for 5G/6G and next-gen wireless capabilities.
• Establish processes and controls for governance, quality, and resourcing.
