Job summary

Ansco & Associates, LLC seeks an Operator Telecom Pole Anchors to operate anchor trucks and related equipment to install pole anchors and associated structures for telecom infrastructure projects. This on-site role requires reading blueprints, following specs, and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience.
• Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) with acceptable record.
• Experience operating telecom or utility equipment preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints or staking sheets.
• Basic knowledge of soil types and installation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate anchor trucks, digger derricks, or hydraulic equipment
• Install pole anchors and guy wires based on engineering specs
• Assist with load setup and site prep
• Ensure equipment is operated safely and within regulations
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Support crews with material handling and safety spotting
• Communicate with team to align on anchor placement
• Report site conditions or hazards to supervisor
• Travel to various job sites as needed
• Participate in safety and equipment training programs
