Ansco & Associates, LLC is seeking an Operator Telecom Pole Anchors to operate anchor trucks and related equipment for telecom infrastructure projects. You will install pole anchors, read engineering specs, and support site preparation while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Requirements include a valid CDL, ability to read blueprints, and related work experience. Travel to job sites and training programs are part of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience.
• Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) with acceptable record.
• Experience operating telecom or utility equipment preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints or staking sheets.

Responsibilities

• Operate anchor trucks, digger derricks, or hydraulic equipment.
• Install pole anchors and guy wires based on engineering specs.
• Assist with load setup and site prep.
• Ensure equipment is operated safely and within regulations.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
• Support crews with material handling and safety spotting.
• Communicate with team to align on anchor placement.
• Report site conditions or hazards to supervisor.
• Travel to various job sites as needed.
• Participate in safety and equipment training programs.
