Job summary

Alignment Health is seeking a Telecom Product Manager in Las Vegas to own the end-to-end lifecycle of the enterprise contact-center platform. You will partner with operations, IT, clinical, and optimization teams to translate business needs into scalable features and measurable value for members and providers.

Responsibilities include governance, dashboard creation, and ensuring regulatory compliance, with a focus on improving agent experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management, Business Process Optimization, or Contact Center Operations experience.
• Experience with contact-center platforms (Talkdesk) and end-to-end roadmaps.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business/IS/Healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Telecom product lifecycle: roadmap, requirements, prioritization, and execution.
• Assess contact-center performance and user feedback to drive improvements.
• Partner with operations, agents, and cross-functional teams to turn needs into features.
• Lead strategic initiatives with AI, automation, and platform capabilities for efficiency.
• Serve as liaison between business, IT, vendors, and partners for design, delivery, testing, and adoption.
• Maintain governance, release management, and post-implementation tracking.
• Create architectural documentation and design decisions.
• Develop dashboards for KPIs to monitor platform usage and impact.
• Ensure configurations & workflows meet regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to drive modernization.
