HighLevel is a remote-first AI-powered business OS powering SIP, IVR and CCaaS for agencies, SMBs and enterprises. The Staff Product Manager will own architecture, provisioning, and scaling of HighLevel's enterprise voice platform, including hardphones, softphones and AI-enabled call flows.

You will partner with Engineering, Security, Compliance and GTM to drive a carrier-agnostic, globally scalable voice platform with unified APIs, real-time dashboards, and robust routing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience in communications, telecoms or enterprise platforms.
• Deep understanding of SIP, RTP, WebRTC and VoIP.
• Experience building communications infrastructure or voice platform products at scale.
• Strong grasp of SIP endpoints, HardPhone provisioning and device lifecycle management.
• Experience partnering with CPaaS providers, carriers, hardware vendors.
• Proven ability to define long-term platform strategy and KPIs with cross-functional influence.

Responsabilités

• Own the vision, strategy and execution for HardPhone, SIP, IVR, Call Center and Enterprise Voice platforms.
• Build a scalable, provider-agnostic communications platform across CPaaS providers.
• Architect and scale Automatic Call Distributor (ACD) with routing and queues.
• Design seamless softphone experiences for web and mobile, with real-time dashboards.
• Own provisioning lifecycle: Zero-Touch provisioning, remote config and firmware management.
• Drive IVR and Voice AI evolution with drag-and-drop workflows and transcription.
• Develop telephony capabilities: recording, voicemail, conferencing, monitoring and compliance.
• Define Voice APIs, SDKs, webhooks and event frameworks for integrations.
• Lead customer migrations: number portability and enterprise telephony transitions.
• Partner with Engineering, Infra, Security, Support and GTM to deliver reliable voice products.
• Monitor KPIs: call quality, routing efficiency, CSAT, availability and billing accuracy.
• Develop long-term roadmap for enterprise telephony, AI-powered communications and multi-vendor architecture.
