Qualifications
- 10+ years of executive leadership defining and executing enterprise contact center and customer experience platform strategy.
- 7+ expertise in cloud-based contact center ecosystems (e.g., AWS/Amazon Connect) with end-to-end architecture and performance.
- Experience advancing AI-driven capabilities (conversational AI, generative AI, virtual assistants) to drive transformation and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Lead integration, modernization, and operation of telephony and contact center platforms.
- Define technology strategy and platform direction for shared services contact center processes.
- Oversee implementation and deployment across the platform, including AWS and Amazon Connect.
