The ideal candidate has 2+ years in permit coordination, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Office and permit-tracking tools like SmartSheet; AutoCAD experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of permit coordination experience.
• Experience with permitting processes and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with MS Office and permit-tracking tools.
• SmartSheet experience is a plus, AutoCAD a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the permitting process for telecommunications projects.
• Prepare and submit permit applications to relevant authorities.
• Track the status of permit applications and ensure timely approvals.
• Maintain accurate records of permit applications, approvals, and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Provide regular updates to project teams on permit status.
• Assist in developing and implementing permitting strategies to streamline processes.
