Job summary

Ledcor Construction, Inc. is seeking a Permitting Specialist to research and prepare permit packages for telecom networks. You will manage municipal approvals, coordinate with project teams, and ensure compliance through the permitting lifecycle.

Remote-friendly role with about 15% travel, requiring strong regulatory knowledge and excellent communication skills to support project timelines.

Qualifications

2–4 years of permitting experience in Telecommunications or Field Operations.
Experience submitting permit packages for Telecom, Power, Gas, Construction, or other utilities.
Understanding of local authority regulations; familiarity with DOT/County rules.
Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, scheduling software; Quick Base preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develops and maintains relationships with municipalities to obtain permitting approvals.
Resolves permitting issues to keep projects on schedule.
Collaborates with project teams to identify permitting requirements.
Develops solutions to address anticipated permitting challenges.
Inform teams about regulatory requirements during approval and construction stages.
Coordinates and tracks permit applications and compliance.
Oversees document control and ensures compliance with customer requirements.
Assists with other duties as directed.
