Job summary

You will perform installations, coordinate with contractors, and troubleshoot complex issues while maintaining meticulous documentation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 2 years in building electronic instruments or equipment.
• Associate's degree in related field preferred.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs voice and network installation work with telephony, data and LAN equipment.
• Leads others including contractors and coordinates tasks to meet schedules.
• Troubleshoots service interruptions and documents trouble tickets for billing.
• Maintains cable plant documentation and CAD references.
• Provides mentoring and training to junior technicians.
