Job summary

Pearce is a technology-enabled provider of asset management solutions for mission-critical infrastructure across North America. The Telecommunications Lead Installer - Level IV role leads installation and integration of Central Office equipment, supervising crew members and ensuring safety and quality with minimal supervision.

The position requires 8+ years of installation experience and prior leadership, a high school diploma with technical training, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 8+ years installation experience; prior leadership experience required.
• High school diploma plus technical training or equivalent.
• Ability to read procedures, drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient laptop use and MS Office software.

Responsibilities

• Provide installation, re-configuration/integration, removal, and maintenance of Central Office equipment with minimal supervision.
• Lead assigned crew members and manage project performance.
• Read and follow Method of Procedures and installation drawings.
• Interface with customers and vendors; perform testing and turn-up activities.
• Conduct quality audits and ensure documentation accuracy.
