Job summary

Pearce in the United States is seeking a Telecommunications Lead Installer - Level IV to lead the installation, reconfiguration and turn-up of Central Office equipment across telecom and data infrastructure. The role requires supervising a crew and owning quality outcomes.

The position covers a wide range of power, fiber, and network systems, with travel within the US and potential international travel as a plus. Pearce offers comprehensive benefits and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years installation experience with leadership experience.
• Prior AT&T direct Central Office Installation experience is a plus.
• High school diploma with two years of technical school or equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow procedures and installation instructions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license; passport a plus; ability to travel in the US.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation teams with minimal supervision.
• Install and maintain AC/DC power, fiber, and related Central Office equipment.
• Read SOPs and specifications; generate MOPs and test records.
• Coordinate with customers and vendors; supervise testing and turn-up.
• Perform quality audits and ensure compliance with standards.
• Travel within home region and across the US; possible international travel.
