Senior Lifestyle Corporate Office seeks an IT leadership role to support Regional Directors of Operations with sales and occupancy growth initiatives. You will provide hands-on sales expertise and partner on area strategies, while handling on-site technical support for communities and vendors.

The role requires coordination with RDOs, setting focus areas, and managing area strategy execution, travel as needed for on-site support and transitions. Strong SLA adherence is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred with 0–3 years of IT support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, installation and user support skills.
• Ability to work with vendors and coordinate service providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-demand phone support to end users via the call center.
• Record time spent on tasks in the Service Desk platform for tracking.
• Coordinate with intervals for time tracking and project logging.
• Resolve telecommunications issues to ensure connectivity and uptime.
• Engage vendors/carriers to address service issues and provisioning.
• Travel for on-site technical support during acquisitions/dispositions.
• Follow SLA guidelines and document resolutions for end users.
• Assist new employees with login procedures and day-one questions.
• Support mobile devices, phone systems, data circuits, and networking issues.
• Collaborate with the Telecommunications Manager on project needs.
