Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an IT Asset & Telecom Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of telecommunications and device assets across sites. You will lead cost analysis, invoicing accuracy, and vendor relationships while coordinating device provisioning for new hires and departures.

This role emphasizes data-driven cost control, contract management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize network and device resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of telecom analysis, procurement/sourcing, IT asset management, or IT consulting.
• 0–15% travel; typical schedule with standard business hours.

Responsibilities

• Analyze telecom expenses, usage trends, and billing data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Perform invoice auditing and reconciliation against inventory to eliminate errors.
• Develop cost analysis reports and dashboards for executive summaries.
• Lead RFQ/RFP development and vendor sourcing for telecom and ISP needs.
• Coordinate MACD service orders and Joiner/Mover/Leaver activities for devices.
• Maintain centralized inventory of mobile devices and oversee lifecycle.
• Coordinate with vendors for site provisioning and procurement of network hardware.
