Faith Technologies Inc. is seeking an IT Asset & Telecom Specialist to manage telecom assets, vendor contracts, and cost analyses. You will oversee device lifecycle, invoices, and supplier relationships, ensuring accurate inventory and timely activations across sites.

Responsibilities include RFQ/RFP leadership, contract renewals, and performance tracking. The role combines procurement, asset management, and coordination with carriers to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, business, supply chain or telecom.
• 3–5 years in telecom analysis, procurement, or IT asset management.
• Strong vendor management and cost analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze telecom expenses and billing data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead RFQ/RFP development and vendor selection for telecom needs.
• Manage inventory and JML for mobile/wireless devices.
• Coordinate with carriers for service activations and outages.
• Maintain contract calendars and renewal tracking.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership.
